Oli Fizz

A slightly bitter drink, a touch of spice, small bubbles, extremely fresh, the olive touch rounding everything.

A delicious result, tonic, thirst-quenching, ideal for a summer aperitif in Provence.

This cocktail is a creation of Lucas Mezard.



  • In the shaker
  • 1 peel of de grapefruit, lemon and lime
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • Squash everything in 4cl of mineral water
  • 5cl of Manguin Oli’Gin
  • 0,5 cl of liquid cane sugar
  • Extend with 2cl of lemonade
  • Decorate with citrus zests
