This cocktail is a creation of Lilian Sausset
- In the shaker
- 50 ml of Oli’Gin
- 15 ml of homemade Pastis syrup*
- Few drops of Absinthe
- Serve directly in the glass and stir with a spoon
- Decoration : 3 toothpicked olives
- *Half of Manguin Pastis, half of liquid cane sugar, the whole in a bottle, shake.
