Olive & Anise

This cocktail is a creation of Lilian Sausset



  • In the shaker
  • 50 ml of Oli’Gin
  • 15 ml of homemade Pastis syrup*
  • Few drops of Absinthe
  • Serve directly in the glass and stir with a spoon
  • Decoration : 3 toothpicked olives
  • *Half of Manguin Pastis, half of liquid cane sugar, the whole in a bottle, shake.
