  • In the shaker
  • 2 squashed cherry tomatoes
  • 4cl of Manguin Oli’Gin
  • 1 pipette of onion brine with vinegar (0,1cl)
  • 5 leaves of basil
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 1cl of liquid sugar
  • ½ squeezed lime
  • 1 egg white
